1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document is an official public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") of the Seller to conclude a contract for the remote sale of goods.
1.2. In accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this Agreement is a Public Offer. By placing an Order on the Website, the Buyer accepts (activates) the terms of this Agreement, which is considered equivalent to signing a written contract.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The current version is always available on the Website.

2. DEFINITIONS
2.1. Online Store / Website: An internet site located at https://libertyonlinestore.online/, operated by LibertyOnlineStore as a Private Entrepreneur.
2.2. Seller: LibertyOnlineStore (Private Entrepreneur, Ukraine, RNOKPP 3883911398).
2.3. Buyer: A capable individual who has reached the age of 18, or a legal entity, who places an Order with the Seller.
2.4. Product: Goods presented on the Website.
2.5. Order: The Buyer's duly executed request for the purchase of Goods.
2.6. Dropshipping Partner: Third-party suppliers (including Syncee AI, Shopify, and other platforms) who fulfill and ship Products directly to the Buyer on behalf of the Seller.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.
3.2. The moment of conclusion of this Agreement (acceptance of the offer) is the moment the Buyer clicks the "Confirm Order" button or receives an order confirmation invoice from the Seller.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. The Seller is obliged to:
· Transfer the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Order.
· Not disclose the Buyer's personal data without their consent, except as required by law.
4.2. The Buyer is obliged to:
· Provide accurate personal information (name, surname, phone number, delivery address).
· Pay for the Goods and accept them on time.

5. ORDERING PROCEDURE
5.1. The Buyer independently places an Order on the Website via the "Cart" form or by contacting the support service using the contacts provided in this Agreement.
5.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an Order if the information provided by the Buyer is incomplete or false.

6. PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
6.1. The price of the Product is determined by the Seller and indicated on the Website in US Dollars (USD).
6.2. The price is considered valid at the time of placing the Order. The Seller has the right to change prices unilaterally, but the price of a Product already paid for cannot be changed.
6.3. Payment is made via bank card, electronic payment systems, or other methods available on the Website at the time of purchase.

7. DELIVERY
7.1. The Seller ships Products worldwide, including the USA and Europe, through third-party dropshipping partners and logistics providers.
7.2. Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the moment the Order is confirmed by the Seller and transmitted to the dropshipping partner.
7.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, events outside the Seller's control, or delays caused by dropshipping partners.
7.4. Once the Seller transfers the Product to the carrier (dropshipping partner or postal service), the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer.

8. RETURN OF GOODS AND REFUND POLICY
8.1. The Buyer has the right to return Goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection."
8.2. Return shipping costs for Goods of proper quality shall be borne by the Buyer.
8.3. Return shipping costs for defective Goods (improper quality) shall be borne by the Seller.
8.4. The return of Goods of improper quality is carried out at the Seller's expense after confirmation of the defect.
8.5. Detailed terms of exchange and return are specified in the separate Refund Policy available on the Website.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1. All text, graphics, logos, and images on the Website are the property of LibertyOnlineStore and are protected by the copyright laws of Ukraine.
9.2. The Buyer may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the Website's content without the prior written consent of the Seller.

10. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
10.1. By placing an Order, the Buyer agrees to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the Order.
10.2. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
10.3. The Seller uses Facebook Pixel for marketing and analytics purposes. The Buyer consents to this by using the Website.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1. The Seller acts as an intermediary between the Buyer and dropshipping partners. The Seller is not responsible for the quality, packaging, or delivery delays caused by third-party dropshipping partners, provided that the Seller has acted with due diligence in selecting such partners.
11.2. The total liability of the Seller under this Agreement shall not exceed the price paid by the Buyer for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
12.1. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance or improper performance of obligations in the event of force majeure (including but not limited to: military actions, natural disasters, changes in legislation, pandemics, disruptions to postal or courier services).

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
13.2. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to the judicial authorities at the location of the Seller in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

14. FINAL PROVISIONS
14.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
14.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
