## Shipping Costs

## Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier's website.
## Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@los-store.shop. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a resolution.
## Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
